Orders

When will my order arrive? If you have received a shipping notification that your order is on its way you can track your order through the Shop app, or through the shipping tracking info in your shipping notification email.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my item? Yes! Contact us within the first 30 days after purchase to arrange for an item exchange.

Can I return an item? Yes! Contact us within the first 30 days after purchase to let us know why you would like to arrange for an item return, and we will assist.

Shipping

Do you ship to Canada? Yes! We are Canadian owned, and based right here in Powell River BC. We ship cross-Canada, coast to coast to coast.

Do you ship to the USA? Yes! We offer shipping options to the lower 48, Hawaii and Alaska.

Do you ship internationally? At this time we do not ship outside of Canada or the USA. But email us, or connect on social media and let us know where you are! We're always looking for new ways to better serve our customers, fans and friends around the globe.
